Use our research tools and historical data to find predictive signal, run experiments at scale and own models that trade across asset classes, regions and venues.
Engineering
Work on machine-learning infrastructure, low-latency systems, data platforms and hardware acceleration. Build the market access, data, compliance and risk tooling every model depends on.
Business & Operations

Internships & fellowships
The Summer Research Fellowship.
Ten weeks, one real question, one mentor and a presentation to the whole firm at the end. Fellows work inside a model team on a problem that matters to it, with the same data and compute as everyone else.
